The Finnish "sisu" is the key. No English translation I can find gets its true meaning, but "determination" "persistence" and "guts" come close.

(seriously though, I've dropped dozens of projects, you just never see them.)

I wish I could draw as well as you. if I come up with a character could I use the idea of designing clothes based on plants or seasons? I would credit you. how do you draw hands and feet?! mine never come out right.

Sure, it's not like I own the idea.

If a hand (or a foot) I've drawn looks ok I've used a photo of my own hands as reference. Less anatomically correct hands have been drawn without reference.

It kinda is on my to-do list, but the idea has some aspects I don't like so I don't know if I'll ever get to it.

If you do ever make it, I think it would turn out really great! You're better at designing clothes than you seem to give yourself credit for.
